Mellott - Leslie Keyt, 83, a native of this area, died Friday at Lakeview, Mich. Mrs. Keyt was the son of pioneer residents of Richland Township. Surviving are the widow, Maggie; two sons, Robert and Kenneth Keyt, both of Lakeview, Mich.; and one daughter in Florida.

Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana. The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.
Services were conducted today at Lakeview, Mich., for Leslie Keyt, 83, of Lakeview, a cousin of Hazel Reister of Mellott, who died Friday in a Lakeview hospital. He was born in Richland Township of Fountain County, a son of Elmer and Bertha Lowe Keyt. Surviving are his widow, Maggie; two sons, Robert and Kenneth of Lakeview; and a daughter who resides in Florida. -- typed by Barbara B
